The closing ceremony of the activities of the project to raise awareness and improve capacities among rural women to follow best practices in water conservation and management at the household level in the Al-Jawasrah area, the Southern Shuna, Jordan Valley, funded by the Canadian Embassy

Under the auspices of the Chairman of the Joint Services Council, Mr. Ibrahim Fahed Al-Adwan, Eco Values Company for Sustainable Development concluded the activities of the project to raise awareness and improve capacities among rural women to follow best practices in water conservation and management at the household level in the Al-Jawasrah area, the southern Shunat, Jordan Valley, funded by the Canadian Embassy On Monday, 13/2/2023 This project was implemented in cooperation with the”Min Ajleka Ya baladi” Association, to form a nucleus for community work. The project activities included training a group of women on best practices for water conservation at the family level, including maintenance skills, basic plumbing, climate change, communication skills, and others. The closing ceremony was attended by a wide and appreciative group of stakeholders from the Southern Shuna District, including the security authorities, the Directorate of Agriculture, social activists from the Salt region, the women participating in the project, and representatives from the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives.
